Blue Calcite is said to soothe frayed nerves and lessen anxieties. A supposedly gentle stone to use when recuperating, Blue Calcite is also believed to  facilitate physical healing by clearing negative emotions and encouraging rest and relaxation, whilst also working as a natural sedative after emotional trauma.
