The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. There was a lot of choice and sensibly priced. I bought three beautiful necklaces and two lovely bracelets. My mother bought several crystals which she said were good quality. An overall great experience.

Always a lovely experience at Dylan's Den Crystal Shop. The staff give you a warm welcome and can provide information on the crystals should you need it. The crystals are all great quality and excellent value for money.

The workers are super lovely and remembered me from a previous purchase which made me feel extra special and appreciated. Their items are good quality and priced well, but the workers really make my day and treat everyone like a friend instead of someone to get money put of like other businesses. Ive just realised this box is for improvements not praise, but i dont think there is any improvement possible. :)

Amazing service

Bought a crystal Gengar for my daughter. Absolutely superb, she’s very happy with it. Customer service was top notch too. Will definitely pop in again when we’re there next year
